Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant who will be up to the challenge of working at a fast-paced industry.

Your responsibilities

• Carry out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Monitor and operate all plant and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Assist with ensuring that the hotel is compliant with all relevant fire, health & safety regulations.
• Undertake emergency repairs to premises, plant & equipment.
• Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you can expect your working days to cover the following:
• Preventive & reactive maintenance.
• Health & Safety.
• Painting, Plumbing, Carpentry & Electrical works.

• Show flexibility and have a logical and practical approach to problem solving.
