Pest control Technician - Immediate start!

Full training and exam expensed by the company. Covering parts of London & Essex, plus holiday cover. Salary £25k, to start and rising to £30k when accredited, by Christmas.

A reputable Pest Control Company, based in Essex, who deal with pests and infestations, removing any pest from your property, from rodents such as mice and rats to insects such as wasps and hornets.

They are seeking a Pest control technician, to be trained. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to pursue this career as:

  • You will be trained by accredited pest control technicians, who will also give 1:1 training to fast track you through your course.
  • Your training will be at the company's expense to become a Pest Control Technician, and they have courses available before Christmas.
Role

Pest Control Technician

  • Deliver a pest control service to local territory customers and to inspect, treat and keep those customers pest free.
  • The technician is responsible for advising the client on pest prevention, hygiene / housekeeping matters and instances where their pest control coverage is incomplete or inadequate, by identification of actual, or the risk of, pest infestation.
  • Surveying customers premises, identifying infestation sources, and advising on treatment options and method of control.
  • Analysing information, carrying out risk assessments, recognising problem areas and implementing solutions to achieve satisfactory results.
  • Carrying out treatment or extermination processes.
  • Clean and remove blockages from infested areas.
  • Preparing written reports for administration purposes.
  • Maintaining company vehicle.
  • Use of Service tracker system to access and update jobs.
  • Obtaining leads for new business whenever possible.
  • Promoting the company by providing excellent customer service.
