To provide an effective, efficient and comprehensive service to the Senior Manager incorporating a range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office

What we\'ll need you to bring
  • Self-motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • 3 Years experience in a secretarial position

Or

  • Equivalent relevant qualifications (HNC/SVQ in secretarial studies) and 2 years secretarial experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and accurate keyboard skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to liaise with staff at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.

It would be great if you also have
  • HNC/SVQ in Secretarial Studies
  • Understand a range of administrative processes and procedures
  • Working knowledge of NHS appointment systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection
  • Proficient IT skills which include working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Self-Motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proficient in audio typing

This role will be based in Management Team Admin within Carluke Community Health Centre

The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday.
