Description

The Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued £50-150k.
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.
  • Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date case records using the firm’s case management system.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.
  • Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice.

The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 4‑8 years’ PQE in handling serious injury matters.
  • Proficient in managing high‑value, complex claimant cases.
