This role involves providing care tailored to his needs, including PEG tube feeding, with extensive training provided. We're looking for a caring, energetic, and patient person to join our team and support a very special 3-year-old boy in Byfleet. He's bright, curious, and full of energy - a little Houdini who loves to explore and keeps everyone on their toes. He has Autism, displays some challenging behaviours, and is fed via a PEG tube, but don't worry - you'll receive full paid training and ongoing support so you can feel confident in every aspect of his care. What matters most is that you bring energy, empathy, and a good sense of humour. If you can match his enthusiasm and help him stay safe while encouraging his independence and play, we'd love to meet you.
Superior Healthcare provides one-to-one support for children and adults living with long-term health needs, helping them stay comfortable, safe, and happy in their own homes. As part of our community complex care team, you'll work closely with one client (or a small number of clients) and really get to know them and their family. You'll have a fixed rota for consistency, with opportunities for overtime if you'd like extra hours. We welcome experienced carers, support workers, and healthcare assistants, but we also value passion and the right attitude above all.
We're ideally looking for someone who can commit to two or more shifts per week.
If you're kind, resilient, and have the energy to keep up with a lively little escape artist while helping him grow, learn, and stay safe, we'd love to hear from you. To find out more or chat before applying, contact Jade Blyth at
