A local social care provider in North Kesteven is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a young man with various activities, including personal care and social tasks. The role requires honesty, reliability, and previous caring experience. You will work approximately 5 hours weekly with flexible hours across weekdays, helping foster independence and social connections. Young man living at home with family and dog requires a PA to support with all activities including social activities and at home. After school but hours could be between 4:30pm and 10pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The individual's needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.
You have a responsibility as an employee to report all accidents to the employer immediately. You have a duty to report defects and/or hazards which may give rise to an accident. You are to ensure the safety of the individual at all times.
Due to the nature of the work for which you are applying, this post is subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure (costs will be covered).
Hours per week: 5 hours per week.
Dates and times are flexible and can be discussed at interview.
