Job description

Our client is a well-established & successful Property Investment company located in beautiful offices, North London. We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant with a background in Real Estate or Property to support their entrepreneurial and dynamic Director.

This position offers on-site parking, generous holidays and great benefits.

Duties to include:

  • 1:1 PA support to the Managing Director, acting as a professional gatekeeper to manage access, prioritise demands, and support effective decision‑making.
  • Comprehensive diary management, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating availability, and ensuring the MD is fully prepared for all commitments.
  • Inbox management, drafting responses and handling correspondence
  • Coordinating international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, itineraries, visa requirements and ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, planners, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD to facilitate property transactions, negotiations, and day‑to‑day communications.
  • Arranging internal and external meetings, preparing meeting packs and circulating agendas
  • Document preparation for property sales and acquisitions, including compiling reports, drafting letters, updating contracts, and managing confidential documentation.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the offices
  • Adhoc Personal PA duties
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership within the Real Estate/Property/Asset Management sectors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a “hands‑on” attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
