A leading infrastructure investment group based in Manchester is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to directors. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize workloads, and prior experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will manage daily tasks and ensure efficient communication within the team. This is a temporary position with a salary range of £30,001 - £40,000 annually.
Role Summary
This is a fixed-term position to cover a period of maternity leave. The Personal Assistant will provide high-level proactive administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director and Finance and Operations Director ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their daily schedule. The successful candidate must be highly organized discreet and flexible.
