Im Christian founder of Skinnify an e-commerce brand thats redefining fitness apparel with our best-selling resistance band leggings. With over 120000 customers and rapid growth across international markets Im looking for a highly organized proactive and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support me in managing the fast-paced demands of a growing startup.

Work time will be around 40 hours per week. This is a long-time job offer. I am looking for someone who can work with me over the next few years.

Tasks
What Youll Be Doing :
  • Managing my calendar emails travel bookings and daily priorities
  • Coordinating with teams across marketing ops product and suppliers
  • Supporting project management research and task follow-ups
  • Helping me stay organized and focused so I can scale the business faster
  • Admin tasks
