About Us

LMM is a leading building consultancy firm operating since 2003. In the past year we have experienced significant growth and operate from offices in Manchester, London and Liverpool.

The PA role is required at our Manchester office situated in Hazel Grove which has free parking, a casual dress code and a pool table!

This is 1 year fixed-term maternity contract starting in January 2026, and a great way to gain valuable skills and experience within a friendly team.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. As the PA, you will be responsible for :

  • Managing daily schedules and the CEO's inbox
  • Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office and operations.

The role is equally split with HR administration duties, which involves :

  • Managing the HR software (we use Breathe)
  • Assisting with recruitment, such as arranging interviews and generating offer letters
  • Liaising with our legal HR team to generate employment contracts etc.
  • Inducting new starters and sorting IT equipment etc.
