Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership

Role Purpose :

We’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Investor Relations Director, Financial Controller (GFC), and Director of Insurance. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Plan and organise business meetings in line with financial calendars and quarterly review schedules.
  • Proactively manage complex diaries and adapt itineraries to changing circumstances.
  • Arrange detailed international and domestic travel itineraries, including visas and medical requirements.
  • Liaise with internal PAs to ensure timely filing of reports and smooth coordination.
  • Monitor schedule changes, identify potential clashes, and implement solutions to minimise disruption.
  • Provide cover for senior PAs during busy periods and leave.
  • Support with ad-hoc tasks such as conferences, research, and collation of year-end documentation.
  • Distribute monthly management accounts via Board software platform.
  • Collate and submit expenses for senior executives.
What We’re Looking For :
  • Extensive PA experience at senior level within a major UK plc.
  • Strong understanding of complex financial calendars and reporting cycles.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Advanced IT skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
  • Experience planning complex international travel.
  • Knowledge of Board software platform (desirable).
