About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, caring, and motivated Personal Assistant to support a young man, who requires assistance with day-to-day activities and accessing the local community. He is unable to mobilise independently and will need physical support throughout the day. He is able to communicate verbally and can express his choices and preferences regarding how he wishes to be supported.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing personal and practical support to meet his daily needs

Assisting with mobility and ensuring safety at all times

Supporting to access services and activities within the community

Enabling the gentleman to make his own choices and maintain his independence wherever possible
