Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience, preferably in a similar role in the UK or Newly Qualified.
• Knowledge and understanding of Care regulations including Health & Safety and Adult Safeguarding.
• Experience of working in a care setting, care planning and implementation ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating residents’ health conditions and needs, developing nursing care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Providing direct patient care including wound dressing and monitoring vital signs.
• Communicating with residents’ family members about their condition and progress.
• Supervising and training nursing assistants and junior nursing staff.
