Job summary

Seetec is recruiting a Support Worker (Peripatetic) for the CFO Evolution programme on a fixed-term contract through to the end of 2028. You will assess, intervene and build relationships with participants in custody and community settings, with travel across the South West cluster.

The role focuses on safeguarding adults and children, managing risk, and coordinating support services to aid reintegration. You will work with peer mentors and volunteers to deliver both one-to-one and group

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
• Experience in safeguarding adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants across custody and community settings.
• Complete pre-release work and through-the-gate support with tailored action plans.
• Record participant data accurately to meet contractual requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Co-ordinate risk and safeguarding across settings; notify concerns to Probation Service.
• Lead or contribute to assessments and interventions to enable positive change.
• Support participants with housing, substance misuse and health services.
