Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to deliver tailored interventions and manage a caseload across custody and community settings under the CFO Evolution programme.

The role focuses on safeguarding adults and children, reporting risk changes to the Probation Service, and supporting participants toward reintegration. You will work with peer mentors and cover the South West cluster, with travel across locations and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel across the cluster/region and work in custody and community settings.
• Resilience and ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with multiple activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across custody and community settings and complete pre-release work.
• Deliver one-to-one and group interventions to support reintegration and reduce reoffending.
• Record input data accurately to meet contractual, administrative and financial requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and coordinate risk safeguarding.
• Work with peer mentors/volunteers to connect participants with housing, health and support services.
• Prepare participants for release and ensure smooth transition back into the community.
