Seetec is recruiting a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to work on the CFO Evolution programme. The role involves carrying out assessments, delivering tailored interventions, managing risk, and building relationships with stakeholders in custodial settings.
You will support participants toward reintegration, including pre-release work and community transition, with travel across the South West region. The position is a long-term Fixed Term Contract until December 2028, offering a competitive salary
Qualificações
- Willingness to travel across cluster/region and work in custody and community settings.
- Ability to engage individuals with complex needs.
- Strong focus on safeguarding adults and children.
Responsabilidades
- Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
- Deliver pre-release work, assessments and tailored action plans.
- Provide one-to-one and group interventions to support reintegration.
- Coordinate risk management and safeguarding in line with policies.
- Support participants in accessing housing, health, and substance misuse services.
