Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is hiring a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme in Exeter on a long-term fixed-term contract until December 2028.

You will carry out assessments, deliver tailored interventions and build relationships with stakeholders in custodial settings to address participants' needs and reduce reoffending. You will manage a caseload with risk oversight, provide both one-to-one and group support, and help prepare participants for release and reintegration into

Qualifications

• Experience delivering risk assessments and safeguarding with adults and children.
• Ability to deliver one-to-one and group interventions.
• Willingness to travel across the South West region.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
• Deliver pre-release work and through the gate support, initial assessments and action plans.
• Record participant data accurately in required systems.
• Meet targets and contribute to team performance.
• Support safeguarding for adults and children.
