Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme on a long term Fixed Term Contract - December 2028.

You will carry out assessments, deliver tailored interventions, manage a caseload and coordinate risk management across custodial and community settings. You will work with peer mentors and volunteers to link participants with housing, health and other essential services, with travel across the cluster required.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with adults in custodial or community settings.
• Ability to assess risk and coordinate safeguarding.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel across the designated cluster.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
• Delivery of pre-release work and through the gate support, and creation of tailored action plans.
• Record input participant data accurately for contractual, administrative and financial requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Ensure safeguarding and risk management with focus on adults and children, including notifications to Probation Service.
• Collaborate with peer mentors and volunteers to aid caseload management and access support services.
