Communities, part of the Seetec group, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Peripatetic) to support participants across custody and community settings in the CFO Evolution programme. The role emphasizes safeguarding adults and children, risk oversight, and coordinated interventions to reduce reoffending.

With travel across the South West and flexible location coverage, you will engage participants from engagement to release, linking them with housing, substance misuse support, and health
