Job summary

Seetec is recruiting a peripatetic Support Worker to operate across custody and community settings as part of the CFO Evolution programme. The role focuses on assessments, tailored interventions, risk oversight, safeguarding, and facilitating reintegration within communities.

You will deliver one-to-one and group sessions, support housing and health referrals, and travel regularly across the designated cluster to support participants and meet targets. This position is based in Dorset.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with complex needs and disadvantaged backgrounds.
• Ability to motivate and maintain engagement over time.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to barriers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and contribute to overall targets.
• Ensure best practice is identified, adhered to and championed.
• Handle personal data in accordance with the organisation's data protection policy.
• Undertake any other duties, as required, appropriate to the post.
