Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme on a fixed-term contract through December 2028. You will assess participants, deliver tailored interventions, and build relationships with stakeholders in custodial and community settings.

You will manage a caseload with a strong focus on safeguarding adults and children, and you will travel across the designated cluster to deliver services, oversee risk, and support reintegration into the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants across custody and community settings.
• Carry out pre-release work and through-the-gate support with tailored action plans.
• Deliver interventions one-to-one and in groups, with motivational support.
• Record participant data accurately for contractual and financial compliance.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Ensure safeguarding of adults and children and report changes in risk.
• Coordinate risk management within policies and procedures.
• Lead delivery of assessments and activities to enable positive change.
• Support access to housing, substance misuse services, physical and mental health support.
• Collaborate with peer mentors and volunteers to assist caseload management.
