Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a Support Worker to join the CFO Evolution programme in Bristol & Bath on a long-term Fixed Term Contract until December 2028. You will assess participants, deliver interventions, manage risk and support reintegration within custodial and community settings.

The role requires travel across the cluster, collaboration with peer mentors, and safeguarding adults and children, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
• Complete pre-release work and delivery of one-to-one and group interventions.
• Record participant data accurately for contractual and financial reporting.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Co-ordinate risk safeguarding adults and children and notify concerns to Probation Service.
• Deliver safeguarding policies and procedures in all delivery aspects.
