Job summary

Seetec Business Technology Centre is seeking a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme on a long-term Fixed Term Contract until December 2028. You will assess, deliver interventions, and build relationships across custodial and community settings, supporting participants to reduce reoffending and reintegrate.

You will work with peer mentors, manage risk, coordinate with Probation, and help participants prepare for release, with regular travel across the South West region

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
• Deliver pre-release work, through the gate support, and tailored action plans.
• Record participant data accurately to meet contractual and financial requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Ensure safeguarding of adults and children and report changes in risk to Probation.
• Lead or contribute to assessments and interventions to enable positive change.
