Job summary

Seetec’s Communities division is seeking a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to oversee caseloads across custody and community settings, delivering tailored interventions and supporting safeguards. This FTC runs until December 2028, with travel across the South West region and flexible other locations.

You will work with peer mentors and volunteers, coordinating housing, substance misuse and health services to aid reintegration and reduce reoffending risks.

• Manage a caseload of participants across custody and community settings.

• Ensure best practice is identified, adhered to and championed.
• Handle personal data in accordance with the data protection policy.
• Undertake any other duties as required, appropriate to the post.
