Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience of formulating assessments and supporting adults with mental health difficulties.
  • Post and pre-registration experience in various clinical settings.
  • Leadership experience in CPA process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex caseload and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and evaluate programs of care based on individual needs.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions and support for service users.

Skills

Knowledge of Mental Health NICE Guidelines
Ability to integrate assessment and care planning
Interpersonal skills

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy
