A training organization in Telford is seeking a Performance Manager to inspire and lead a team dedicated to exceptional learning. This role involves day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring compliance with targets and a high-quality educational experience for learners. Candidates should have strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as experience managing teams and achieving performance outcomes. Are you an inspiring leader who can motivate teams, drive performance and create an exceptional learning environment for young people? We’re looking for a Performance Manager to lead one of our Juniper Training centres, ensuring outstanding delivery, strong staff development and excellent outcomes for every learner.
As a Performance Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management and success of your centre. You’ll lead, coach and develop staff, manage resources effectively, and make sure that learners receive a high-quality, positive and engaging learning experience.
This role is essential in ensuring that performance outcomes, compliance measures and financial targets are consistently achieved — while maintaining a supportive, values-driven environment.
