A national employment services organization is seeking a Performance Manager in Oxford. The role involves leading a team of Employment Advisers to achieve performance goals while delivering meaningful support to jobseekers. You will coach and inspire your team, build strong stakeholder relationships, and engage local employers. A successful candidate should have experience in leadership within a target-driven setting and a relevant management qualification. Location: Oxford (OX4 1JH) - Onsite, Mon-Fri, 9-5
Salary: Circa £37,000 - £43,000 per annum
