What you’ll do

Managing the contract with the external Bureau Service involves overseeing the validation of invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. This includes regularly reviewing the services provided, addressing any discrepancies, and ensuring that all invoicing aligns with agreed‑upon terms.

Ensuring that energy bills are paid promptly and reflect the highest degree of accuracy is crucial for maintaining financial efficiency. This responsibility entails verifying billing amounts, monitoring payment deadlines, and implementing processes to prevent errors.

Effectively managing billing queries with electricity suppliers is essential for resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records. This involves proactive communication to address issues, negotiating favourable terms when necessary, and ensuring that all billing information is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Additionally, ensuring that all sites are on the optimal tariff and capacity level helps in managing energy costs efficiently. This task requires regular assessment of energy usage patterns, comparison of available tariffs, and adjustments to capacity levels to align with operational needs and cost‑saving opportunities.

What you’ll need
  • You’ll produce high‑quality reports, maintaining a high standard of English in all written communications.
  • In this role, you will analyse complex data to identify trends and solve problems effectively.
  • Utilising tools like Excel databases, you will interpret and manage data efficiently. Presenting technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non‑specialists will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will manage relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively to meet their needs.
