A residential care provider is seeking an HR Advisor in Southampton. The role involves managing HR queries, advising management on employee relations, and overseeing case management with empathy. Candidates should have at least 2 years of HR Generalist experience and a CIPD Level 3 qualification. People Team (HR) Advisor
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5:00pm (Part Time Consider)
Location: Office Based - Hythe, Hampshire
