A leading marketing solutions provider in Bickenhill seeks an HR Business Partner to support managers across multiple UK sites. This position focuses on providing people-first guidance in HR topics including recruitment and performance management, ensuring compliance with UK employment law. The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic work environment and requires a minimum of 2 days office presence.

As part of the EMEA People + Talent (P+T) Business Partnering team, this role supports colleagues and managers across multiple UK sites, providing practical, people-first guidance that helps our teams thrive. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This role works closely with managers at all levels, offering expert advice across a wide range of HR topics, from employee relations and performance management to recruitment and onboarding. This role also plays a key role in ensuring our P+T practices are compliant with UK employment law and aligned with company policies.
In this role, there will be collaboration with global P+T specialists across talent acquisition, performance, operations, payroll and rewards – bringing local insights to global processes and helping shape a consistent and effective employee experience. This role is part of a connected and collaborative team, contributing to cross-functional projects, sharing ideas, and continuously improving how we work. We have a blended working model with a minimum of 2 days in the office. Our Birmingham office is in Bickenhill (J6 _ M42).
