A leading financial services group in Greater London is seeking a talented People System Engineer to support its global HR Transformation initiative. This role focuses on enhancing HR systems like Oracle HCM while managing queries and contributing to system improvements. We are seeking a talented People System Engineer to support a high-profile global deployment programme. This role plays a key part in our HR Transformation initiative, with responsibilities including the collection and analysis of requirements to enhance HR systems such as Oracle HCM.
The successful candidate will manage ticket queries in line with service level agreements (SLAs) using our case management system, and contribute to ongoing system improvements through requirement gathering, issue resolution, and change‑management activities.
Proven Experience in Oracle HCM is crucial
Strong Understanding of HR Processes & Best Practices
Proficiency in payroll systems and Tools
Strong understanding of payroll processes
Ability to analyse complex HR requirements and design effective solutions within Oracle HCM.
Ensure data integrity and security within Oracle HCM
Hands on experience in cloud implementation, configuration, and customization
Experience of being part of a HCM transformation and awareness of quarterly releases with both Oracle
