About the Job
Location: Remote (home based) with some travel to London for meetings as required (these will be eligible for expenses to be claimed)
The HR team at Cochrane rebranded in 2024 to People and Culture – this was to signpost to the organization that the role of the team is to work in partnership with a variety of stakeholders, supporting all things people related and helping to promote a strong culture.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role will be responsible for working in tandem with designated directorates in the organization to deliver their people related activities – these include recruitment, employee relations, training, workforce planning and embedding strategic initiatives.
We are a small team with one other People Partner, and our new appointee will work very closely with them to ensure consistency of processes and share ideas and knowledge. Whilst we aim for high standards of excellence in what we deliver and are passionate about what we do, we are a very friendly team and aim to meet face to face during the course of the year.
