A leading educational institution in Mabe Burnthouse is seeking an experienced People Partner to join their People Partnering and Relations team. This hands-on role provides high-quality advice to managers, recommends solutions for people management, and focuses on ensuring exceptional engagement and an inclusive experience. The ideal candidate will possess an HR Degree or CIPD Level 5 qualification and have experience in employee relations casework, aiming to deliver organisational benefits through strong stakeholder relationships.
We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join our People Partnering and Relations team. We provide commercially aware solutions to a range of workforce challenges, ensuring that our people are supported, empowered and treated fairly. In this role, you will work across Falmouth University and our partner organisation Falmouth Exeter Plus. This is a hands‑on role focused on providing high quality advice and guidance to managers, recommending valued interventions and insights on people management strategies, initiatives and solutions that deliver organisational benefit and ensure exceptional engagement and an inclusive people experience.
You will deliver related aspects of our people plans, including organisational change programmes, work on people initiatives and support managers with complex and escalated casework through our tiered model approach. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders on all levels, including trade unions and senior managers. You will proactively push your critical thinking and professional practice within a small People & Culture team.
