A recruitment consultancy in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking an organised individual to provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. The role involves scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and updating recruitment systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role within HR or Talent Acquisition and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide administrative and operational support to our Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a key part in keeping activity running smoothly, from interview scheduling through to reporting and compliance. If you enjoy juggling priorities, keeping systems tidy, and being the calm presence behind a busy recruitment function, this role will suit you well.
Hours: 37.5 hours Full time / Part time (30 hours a week). Location: Tubridge Wells.
