Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR mailbox and handle day-to-day queries.
  • Process employee changes, contracts, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in IRIS HR.
  • Support absence management and ER casework.
  • Assist with compliance checks including DBS renewals.
  • Take notes at meetings such as probation reviews.

Education

CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
