Job summary

A community-focused housing organization in Manchester is seeking a People Development Specialist for a 12-month FTC. This role involves embedding a colleague-led learning culture and delivering high-quality training initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant certification or have extensive experience in HR & L&D functions, possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, and be able to work flexibly. Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 3 or alternative L&D certification or relevant HR experience.
  • Experience of designing and delivering training initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience in digital learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work proactively with business for tailored learning delivery.
  • Lead ongoing learning needs analysis and design training interventions.
  • Facilitate development activities, including onboarding and soft skills training.
