  • Strategic Leadership: Establish SSCs in key locations worldwide to support evolving business objectives and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process Optimisation: Standardise and streamline operational processes across regions to maximise efficiency while maintaining compliance with complex regulatory requirements.
  • Change Management: Lead transformation initiatives by engaging stakeholders at all levels, fostering open communication, and ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change.
  • Compliance Expertise: Ensure adherence to employment laws and data privacy regulations across all jurisdictions where the organisation operates.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital & Technology, Finance, and People & Culture teams to align operational strategies with broader organisational goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics for SSCs and payroll functions, using data‑driven insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Governance Development: Build robust governance frameworks that underpin effective operations within SSC environments.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Promote consistency and learning across regional teams through collaboration and shared expertise.
