Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding and performance processes.
  • Ensure records, payroll data and compliance processes are handled with accuracy.
  • Develop and refresh policies, guidance and the staff handbook.
  • Provide trusted advice to leaders on people matters and sustainable organisational growth.
