We are expanding rapidly and we are looking for a proactive, solutions focused People Business Partner to join our team. This role sits at the heart of our people strategy supporting leaders within the UK and helping drive a positive high performing culture.

What You Will Be Doing

As a People Business Partner you will work closely with leaders to deliver people initiatives that make a real impact. You will balance strategic thinking with hands on delivery ensuring consistency, compliance and an excellent employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting workforce planning, talent development and organisational effectiveness
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations performance management and engagement
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with legislation
  • Working with the Head of L&D to support onboarding, compliance training, leadership development and career progression programs
  • Monitoring L&D participation and providing insights to support continuous improvement
  • Helping deliver global HR initiatives including onboarding, mobility, performance reviews and offboarding
  • Partnering with People Operations team to ensure accurate data systems and reporting
  • Leading change management activity and supporting cultural alignment across markets
  • Coaching managers on people related matters
  • Leading employee experience and wellbeing initiatives
  • Supporting compliance activity including audits and documentation reviews
  • Tracking key HR metrics identifying trends and recommending actions
  • Supporting talent acquisition strategy alongside the Talent Acquisition team
What We Are Looking For

You will be a confident communicator and strong relationship builder who is comfortable influencing leaders at all levels. You will bring:

  • Experience as a People Business partner or generalist roles within multi-site or international environments
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR practices across different markets
  • Experience supporting and delivering L&D programs which is highly desirable
  • The ability to balance strategic work with hands on operational delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence working with HR systems and data
  • A proactive approach and comfort working in a fast paced evolving environment
Minimum Qualification

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred
