A reputable recruitment agency is seeking a People & Culture Officer for a permanent position based in Guernsey. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration and support services within the people function across the trust group. Must have achieved Level 3 CIPD Certificate, possibly working towards Level 5 CIPD Diploma, with strong technical knowledge in the field. Applications are only accepted from Guernsey residents with a working permit.
We have a current opportunity for a People & Culture Officer based in Guernsey on a permanent basis.
In this role you will have responsibility for the provision of administration and support services relating to all aspects of the people function across the trust group.
You will need very good technical knowledge and understanding to enable efficient delivery of a range of activities within the People and Culture arena, and will have attained Level 3 CIPD Certificate and may be working towards Level 5 CIPD Diploma along with meeting your CPD requirements.
