Job description
Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced People Advisor to join our friendly and busy team. In this role, you’ll support colleagues across the organisation—from trading and clinical teams to non-clinical areas—by providing expert guidance and practical solutions on all people matters.

You’ll work closely with Managers on topics including absence management, grievances, and disciplinary processes, while also leading recruitment for trading and non-clinical areas. You’ll collaborate with the Education team to deliver engaging inductions to ensure new colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success from day one. In addition, you’ll deliver training and provide coaching to managers to develop their management skills. You’ll also lead wellbeing initiatives to create a positive, supportive workplace and support managers with volunteer policy development and initiatives to keep our volunteers engaged and valued. Your proactive approach will help attract, develop, and retain great people who can drive our organisation forward.

Responsibilities
