• 10+ years' experience in pensions administration and service delivery.
• Proven ability to inspire and manage teams.
• Deep knowledge of DB and DC pensions.
• Strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage three direct reports and a team of 18 pension professionals.
• Ensure timely, accurate pension transactions.
• Develop operational plans and implement service enhancements.
• Monitor SLAs and produce performance reports.
