We are recruiting for a Pensions Data Director working hybrid based out of either our London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh office. We are looking for a Pensions Data Director who is experienced in understanding the issues our clients face, setting the strategy and plan for resolving those issues and then providing technical guidance and oversight to the team who implement that solution. You will be responsible for the technical review that ensures the accuracy of the results that are sent to the client and to lead member entitlements being corrected and paid.
The successful candidate will have an excellent technical knowledge of DB pensions, coupled with strong Excel skills and an ability to communicate complex data correction strategies and issues clearly and concisely to clients. Through your work with us, you will be expected to contribute to the technical development of colleagues within our diverse team. As a data specialist, you can expect to be giving direction and oversight to several client projects at once, providing you with the opportunity for a very varied workday, and ultimately an interesting and fulfilling career with WTW.
Experience in pension correction and rectification exercises would be advantageous as well as hands on experience through the lifecycle of data projects, from the upfront auditing and due diligence that is typically completed ahead of cleansing and correcting the data.
Enjoy a benefits package designed to help you thrive, both professionally and personally. You'll receive 25 days of annual leave plus an extra WTW day to relax and recharge. Our comprehensive health and wellbeing offering includes private healthcare, life insurance, group income protection, and regular health assessments, all giving you peace of mind. Secure your future with our defined contribution pension scheme, featuring matched contributions up to 10% from the company.
We support your growth and balance with hybrid working options, access to an employee assistance programme, and a fully paid volunteer day to make a difference in your community. On top of these, you can opt into a variety of additional perks including an electric vehicle car scheme, share scheme, cycle‑to‑work programme, dental and optical cover, critical illness protection, and much more. Start making the most of your career and wellbeing with a range of benefits tailored for you.
