Job description

Role: PCB Assembler
Location: St Neots
Hours: (May vary)
Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
(40 hours per week, including 30 min lunch morning & afternoon breaks)

Salary: £26,000 (depending on experience)

You’ll be joining a small, friendly, family-run team where independence and pride in workmanship. There’s no micromanagement just quality-focused people who take ownership of what they build.

Duties of an Electronic Product / PCB Assembler:
  • Populating and assembling PCB boards
  • Soldering high-quality electronic components to a professional standard
  • Building audio units from scratch, including wiring looms and internal assembly
  • Working with metal chassis and mechanical assembly
  • Following job sheets and build documentation
  • Testing and inspecting your own work to ensure exceptional quality
  • Learning to build across the full product range over time

Interview process:

Two stages – initial conversation followed by a practical solder test and job sheet exercise.
