Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) practitioner to help adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will support independence, enable community access, and work with multiple stakeholders to ensure the person’s voice is heard. A DBS check is required and travel may be necessary.

You will need a PBS accreditation (BTEC Level 5 or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• PBS accreditation required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities and Autism to stay in placements and access communities.
• Help individuals build tools for independent living and meaningful activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; ensure the person’s voice is heard.
