Job summary

Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to work across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset in community settings. The role includes 37.5 hours per week with travel time and mileage reimbursement.

A fully funded BTEC Level 4 in Positive Behaviour Support is provided, with salary progression to £28,325 upon qualification. Applicants should have a full UK manual driving licence and access to their own vehicle, as mobility across

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people (16+) and/or adults with learning disabilities.
• Experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern and/or complex mental health needs.
• Full UK manual driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals using Positive Behaviour Support to build independence and remain in their communities.
• Work closely with families and professionals to improve quality of life.
• Travel across the region to provide community-based support.
