Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a PBS Practitioner to support adults with learning disabilities and Autism in Leicestershire, with national travel as required. The role offers 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £36,776.07 plus mileage.

You will be enabling placements to be maintained and helping individuals access their communities with meaningful, person-centered support. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Positive Behaviour Support accreditation - BTEC level 5 or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and Autism.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to stay in current placements and access communities meaningfully.
• Help individuals build tools to live independently in meaningful ways.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the person’s voice is heard throughout their support.
