Qualifications

• 1st Degree 2:2 or above in Psychology, Health and Social Care, Applied Behaviour Analysis or PBS.
• Ability to travel throughout the organisation with a full driving licence.
• Flexibility to work outside office hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to PBS referrals promptly while managing a caseload.
• Complete Functional Assessments and implement PBS plans with teams and families.
• Deliver PASSPORT Training modules to staff as needed.
• Monitor PBS plans for consistency and coach teams as required.
• Raise concerns to PBS Team Manager about practice or culture issues.
• Collaborate with Assessment & Placement to support placements and reduce breakdown risk.
