Affinity Trust is seeking a Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) practitioner to help adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will support independence, enable community access, and work with multiple stakeholders to ensure the person’s voice is heard. A DBS check is required and travel may be necessary.
You will need a PBS accreditation (BTEC Level 5 or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
As a Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) practitioner, you will help adults with learning disabilities, Autism and sometimes other support needs to transform their lives.
