Job summary

Consensus Support Services Limited (trades as Consensus) is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to inspire and empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role involves working closely with teams to support assessments and the development of quality care plans.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent and significant experience in PBS application. Benefits include a salary of £38,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance and various employee perks, including a holiday purchase scheme and health and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Exceptional experience and track record of PBS application.
• Ability to explain, develop and follow policies and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Working with operations and referrals team during assessments and transitions.
• Supporting operations team to develop quality support plans.
• Providing hands-on support during crises.
• Training support teams on PBS, PCAS and Restrictive Practice reduction.
• Undertaking functional assessments and implementing intervention strategies.
• Leading care practice improvement initiatives.
